What documentation do I need to apply?

Required Application Documents

During the application process, you’ll be required to upload a copy of a valid government-issued ID along with your qualifying proof of income.

What are your income requirements?

Income Qualifications

The combined gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly stated rent.

Acceptable proof of income includes three most recent pay stubs, a W-2, and/or an offer letter.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $50.00 per applicant for all individuals 18 years of age or older.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit can vary from $300.00 up to one full month’s rent, depending on the results of the credit and background screening.

Is renter's insurance required?

Renter’s Insurance Requirement

Yes. Residents are required to carry personal liability renter’s insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000.

If you don’t already have a policy or prefer a quick option, we partner with Homebody, which provides approved renter’s insurance policies. You can easily enroll by opting in through the Resident Portal.

What type of internet is available?

โ€‹All apartments come pre-wired for cable and internet through AT&T. Plans start at just $55.00 a month.

How much do utilities usually cost?

โ€‹Utilities will vary each month based on actual usage and unit size. Upon request, our team is happy to supply you with a specific floor plans historical billing average.

What utilities are included?

โ€‹No utilities are included in the rent. You will receive a monthly bill from our 3rd party billing company called Red Energy that includes Water/Sewer/Electric. This bill will vary each month based on actual usage and unit size.

Do you have any pet restrictions?

We do not have a weight limit, but do restrict aggressive breeds such as Rottweiler, Pit Bull, and Doberman breeds of dogs are prohibited. This applies to pure bred and mixed breed dogs that have similar physical and behavioral characteristics or lineage.
