|Recommended: YesThe leasing staff is wonderful. — I secured a corporate lease at this property for a family who needed temporary housing ASAP due to needing home repairs. Jessica was absolutely wonderful from the tour to finalizing the lease, and it all happened quickly so the family could transition right away. Thank you so much to Jessica and the entire team for making this process seamless.

|Recommended: YesThe ave — In general the ave is a very nice and welcoming and cozy apartments everyone you see walking around nudes hi how you doing there just very nice respectful and kind human you barely hear any noise that amenities here are very nice

|Recommended: YesThe Ave Review — I just moved in to The Ave and I am impressed. The staff was very friendly and the apartment was clean and ready for move in. The only downside right now is that the trash compactor and recycling bin are far away. Overall I am very happy with my decision to move here.
